Another jailbreak in Cebu City’s Operation Second Chance: 27 kids caught, 3 still being sought out

Officers, including those from the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology at the neighboring Cebu City Jail, managed to capture most of the escapees. “It will be headed by Atty. Colin Rosell, together with Philip Zafra, and the PNP …The PNP will have to come in,” he told reporters in a teleconference.
