Ant and Dec admit this week's SaturdayNightTakeaway could be the last amid coronavirus outbreak
Ant and Dec have revealed they are uncertain about the future of their show Saturday Night Takeaway, which will air without a studio audience for the first time in it's 18 year history this weekend.
The ratings hit will go ahead this weekend, but Ant explained to Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford that it might be the last episode for a while. "We are still going to run down the stairs, these seats will all be empty but we've got loads of stuff in the show tomorrow night. It was confirmed earlier this week that the Geordie duo would be performing to empty seats, in a statement by broadcaster ITV.
"The team are looking forward to bringing our viewers a brilliant show on Saturday evening," they continued.
