Anthony Hopkins candidly opened up about his 'regrets', touching on his history with heavy drinking and self-doubt.
He then offered a slice of life advice: "You can't undo things. You have to get on with life – live it and don't look back." The estrangement between father and daughter has been long-standing, and she's previously expressed how their sporadic contact affected her, as she told the Telegraph in 2006: "I would see him, but maybe once a year. There is a little bit of sadness but I have to get on with my life."
This bitter conflict, fuelled by a comment Anthony made regarding her mother, led to a lengthy cessation of contact.
