Anthony Stinson admitted his guilt on the day he was due to stand trial
Anthony Stinson, 31, appeared flanked by security guards at Preston Crown Court to enter his plea.
Stinson was arrested a short time later and denied murder. He maintained his innocence until the first day of his trial . The court heard Stinson had intended to put forward a defence on mental health grounds but now admits he killed Charlotte, who was "loved by many."
