Got a home that could be described as peaceful, quiet, and zen?When Fennel and Homer came into the care of the RSPCA, they were seriously stressed out and showing signs of anxiety, including excessive grooming, scratching, and self-mutilating.The shelter has since been working with the pair of cats – each in different foster homes – to prevent these behaviours and help to calm the nervous kitties.
‘They have both been through a lot which has left them traumatised. It really shows just how important the mental wellbeing of our pets is.’
