Rapid response teams from Austin-Travis County EMS, the Homeless Strategy Office, and Urban Alchemy have been deployed to affected areas, handing out over 400 doses of Narcan in just over 48 hours."Obviously, the safety and well being of our residents are our top priorities and we are continuing to work diligently to address that crisis," said Dr. Heidi Abraham, Chief Deputy Medical Director for Austin-Travis County EMS.
