An energy provider has apologised to Lanarkshire residents over a third power outage in three weeks as a local MP pushes for them to issue compensation.

I’ve asked for details so I can see what we can push for. The regularity of outages in the recent period should trigger further compensation too.
A spokesperson for SP Energy Networks said: "We’re sorry for the recent power issues experienced by customers in the Newton Farm area and for any inconvenience this has caused.
