GKIDS is giving the hit League of Legends series a home release ahead of its second and final season.
set to come back for season two in a few months, you may be thinking to yourself: “I should rewatch season one!” It’d be easy to just hop over to Netflix and binge the whole thing closer to the new season , but if you’ve ever thought aboutwill release in four different Blu-Ray editions. The regular Blu-Ray will come with bonus features and original artwork, and there’ll be another version with a Vi-themed steelbook.
The premium edition will seemingly have a limited run behind it, so best to get on it while you can.distribution rights back in June. It’s a pretty good get for the hit show, both because it helps it spread to audiences without Netflix, but also because it keeps it alive. Netflix shows don’t always get home releases, and in an age where anything could theoretically getfrom a streamer at any time, Blu-Rays are more than welcome. Now here’s hoping we get an art book for the series soon, too.
