The Archbishop of Canterbury has wished the King and Princess of Wales well in an Easter sermon at Canterbury Cathedral
In his Easter sermon at Canterbury Cathedral, the Archbishop of Canterbury sent his well wishes to Prince Charles and Kate Middleton, who have both been dealing with cancer. Justin Welby told those in attendance to "pray" for the Prince and Duchess, praising their "dignity".
Additionally, he noted that the King made his first major public showing since revealing his diagnosis on Sunday at the annual Easter Mattins Service at St George's Chapel, Windsor Castle. Mr Welby, in his annual Easter Day Holy Communion address, urged for "love in action" to aid those affected by conflict, including children in Gaza and Sudan, hostages held by Hamas and people in Ukrainian cities.
