James Argent returns to the gym after surgery
Following his life-changing gastric sleeve surgery 10 weeks ago, James Argent has returned to the gym for his very first training session.
Arg then proceeded to continue with his training session and got stuck into lifting some heavy weights as his trainer stood beside him and motivated him. Arg had half his stomach removed during a sleeve gastrectomy operation by Transform at a top clinic in Birmingham. “I did say to the surgeon: ‘Is there a chance I might not wake up?' He said there was a small chance."
"I'm starting to feel like my old self again and I think that I definitely made the right decision and this is really going to be a positive new chapter for me. I'm buzzing."
