Ariana Grande shows continued support for Manchester by donating gifts to children's hospitals across the city this Christmas.
A Manchester children’s charity has revealed that Ariana Grande has made a generous donation this Christmas . In May 2017, more than 800 people were wounded after the Manchester Arena was bombed in a terrorist attack following Ariana’s concert. Although seven years have passed since the terror attack , Ariana has remained vocal about her support for the UK city, taking time to remember the families on the anniversary of the horrific event that killed 22 people.
In another gesture to the people of Manchester, the Wicked star has now made a donation to a children’s hospital for the festive season. ‘Thank you Ariana Grande! ✨✨✨,’ said Manchester Foundation Trust Charity on social media. ‘We are so grateful to Ariana for thinking of our young patients this Christmas. The gifts she has donated are being distributed to babies, children and teenagers across @RMCHosp, @TraffordHosp @WythenshaweHosp and @NorthMcrGH_NHS.’ The actress has been praised by her fans online . ‘Ariana’s kindness is truly heartwarming! It’s amazing to see her spreading love and joy to those who need it most this Christmas. What a beautiful gesture,’ said 5055Jasdev on X. ‘Ariana’s Christmas gifts will bring smiles to so many faces—such a heartwarming story,’ said tomona0121. ‘Such a thoughtful gesture for the young patients in Manchester,’ said RobJohn81375888.
