NATHANIEL FRAZIER For the Eagle The Tomlin family from Ariton has really enjoyed their time at Wallace, but now it’s coming to an end.
For the past six years, Valarie and husband Scott have been coming to Wallace to watch athletic competitions. And there’s a good reason. The Tomlins have had three kids playing ball here during that time. The Tomlins also had some personal knowledge about Wallace. They both attended Wallace. Valarie, an Ariton High School graduate, attended Wallace from 1992-94. Husband Scott went to Carroll High in Ozark then attended Wallace from 1993-95.
"It’s great we’ve got to come to almost all of the games. It’s been great for us to pass down the tradition from one to another.”“Ryan got to extra year because of Covid,” he said. “So we had a year that overlapped. We had to split up and go to different places. That wasn’t fun. We had to travel to different cities and even different states.”“I’m glad I got to continue the family tradition,” Reagan said. “I really have enjoyed it.
