US Army launches investigation after service personnel 'who wanted flu shot' were given dose of Pfizer's COVID vaccine instead
Army officials confirmed the accidental doses were administered at the Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Washington to three unidentified people. According to an online poster, those jabbed had been hoping to get their flu vaccine, only to receive the COVID-19 vaccine instead.
