However, Cates interrupted the former Reds defender following Slot ’s arrival for his own post-match interview. She would joke that she wasn’t even listening to Carragher, with Slot then wasting no time to issue his own tongue-in-cheek putdown of the Liverpool legend. “I’m not even listening to you, now Arne Slot’s here,” Cates said. “Arne, nice to meet you! Thank you. “I know you’re not…,” Carragher replied.
