New Liverpool head coach Arne Slot has reflected on his first few weeks with his squad and is looking ahead to US tour
Arne Slot admits there are 'more than a few' areas where Liverpool have to improve as he outlined the first aim of his debut pre-season as Reds boss. Slot began his Anfield era with a 1-0 friendly defeat in the behind-closed-doors friendly against Championship side Preston North End at the AXA Training Centre on Friday afternoon.
“But yeah, there are definitely more than a few areas where we have to improve but that will come with more sessions and it will definitely come when all the boys are in.” Liverpool, who fly Stateside on Tuesday, take on Real Betis next weekend before games against Premier League rivals Arsenal and Manchester United.
