Removal vans have been at Jurgen Klopp's home in Formby, Merseyside, as the former Liverpool manager prepares to move out.
Arne Slot is set to take over more than just Jurgen Klopp 's managerial role at Liverpool - he's also moving into his £4million home.
The seven-bedroom mansion in the posh village of Formby, Merseyside, has been vacated by the German, with removal vans spotted outside the luxurious property. The stunning mansion, which comes complete with three lounges, a home cinema, an indoor swimming pool and a landscaped garden, is owned by Liverpool FC. It was purchased from former boss and current Celtic gaffer Brendan Rodgers, who himself snapped it up from former captain Steven Gerrard.
Slot, 45, currently managing Feyenoord, is tipped to become the Reds' head coach from the start of next season, with only formalities and an official announcement pending. He's expressed his intention to seek advice from his illustrious German predecessor once he takes the reins at Anfield. He said: "It's normal if you go to a new club that you contact the coach. I did this at Feyenoord as well.
Klopp, 56, a beloved figure in Formby often seen in local pubs and restaurants, plans to spend time in Majorca, where he owns a £3.4m property in Santa Ponsa. He faces just TWO more matches at Liverpool boss starting with a trip on Monday night to Champions League chasing Aston Villa. It is then a final Anfield send-off against Wolves next weekend.
