A 25-year-old man is arrested as a woman in Morda is struck by a car which flips on to its roof.

The pedestrian, a woman, was airlifted to hospital with what were described as life-changing injuries.Emergency services were called to the scene at 06:58 GMT and Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service confirmed the incident had involved a hatchback car. "On arrival, ambulance staff discovered a car that had overturned and the pedestrian, a woman, who had suffered serious injuries in the incident," West Midlands Ambulance Service said.
