Six men have been arrested after a home was attempted to be broken into in West Bridgford . Police were called to Rutland Road at around 9.30pm on Sunday, July 14.
The men, aged 18, 18, 19, 19, 23 and 26, were arrested on suspicion of burglary and remain in police custody. The investigation continues, and detectives will be in the area today to trawl through CCTV coverage and conduct other local inquiries. "Our uniformed colleagues from the Rushcliffe neighbourhood policing team will also be stepping up visible patrols in and around the area targeted over the next few days. On many occasions, burglars just walk into properties without having to do much else, so we’d always advise homeowners to do everything they can to help make it harder for anyone without keys to gain access.
