The 24-year-old was made Arsenal’s new captain following Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang’s acrimonious departure in January 2022.Odegaard is also set to lead the Arsenal team out in the Champions League against PSV on Wednesday , their first game in the competition for six years.The midfielder made the move permanent later that year, signing a four-year deal after the Gunners paid Real aOdegaard enjoyed a career-best campaign last term, notching 15 goals and eight assists in 37 league appearances.
