Arsenal continued to apply pressure on Liverpool in the Premier League title race on New Year's Day with a 3-1 victory at Brentford
Arsenal midfielder Declan Rice has insisted that his team will continue to put pressure on Premier League leaders Liverpool as 2025 begins. The Reds have been the standout performers in the top flight this season and currently have a six-point gap at the top of the table. The Gunners closed that advantage on New Year's Day as they beat Brentford 3-1, after going a goal down, with Gabriel Jesus, Mikel Merino and Gabriel Martinelli all on the scoresheet.
