Arsenal are interested in signing Kingsley Coman from Bayern Munich to fill the void left by the injured Bukayo Saka.
Arsenal are considering a move for Bayern Munich winger Kingsley Coman . The 28-year-old has become a target at the Emirates Stadium as transfer chiefs aim to bolster Mikel Arteta’s squad this month. Following Saka’s surgery, the club has decided to pursue another forward player. The Gunners will be without their star player, 23, for several months after he underwent a procedure due to a hamstring injury sustained in the win over Crystal Palace last month.
Coman has scored four goals and provided two assists in 19 appearances across all competitions this season but is currently sidelined with an injury. The France international has only started six out of 15 possible Bundesliga games this season and only twice in the Champions League under Vincent Kompany. Coman is contracted to Bayern until June 2027 after signing his latest extension three years ago. He has made 212 appearances for Bayern since joining from Juventus in 2017, scoring 67 goals and winning eight Bundesliga titles. The 58-cap France international has also lifted the Champions League with the German giants. Coman primarily plays as a left-sided winger but can also feature on the right, Saka’s preferred flank
