ASDA is to introduce 1,000 new marshals to help make sure its customers are adhering to the Government's guidelines when shopping in the supermarket.
Extra hand sanitiser stations will be provided in the busiest parts of the stores and protective coatings will now be applied to all basket and trolley handles. The marshals are also there to provide sanitised baskets and trolleys to customers as they enter the store.
