Rikki Warnick took his own life on July 21 last year, a month before Ashley was shot dead in her home.
A friend of the men accused of murdering Ashley Dale died by suicide after being bullied by the 'Hillsiders' gang, one suspect told the trial.
On August 21 last year, James Witham, 41, kicked in the door of Ashley's home in Old Swan, Liverpool, and opened fire with a Skorpion sub-machine gun, killing her. He claims he did not know she was there at the time and that he was trying to "send a message" to Mr Harrison. In court yesterday, Zeisz was questioned about Mr Warnick's death, which the prosecution have suggested further ignited a feud between himself and Thompson, which reportedly started at Glastonbury Festival on June 25 of that year. The defendant, who said his friend's death left him "gutted and heartbroken", confirmed he had seen a post online attacking Mr Warnick and said he had discussed the situation with him directly.
