Lee Harrison, the boyfriend of Ashley Dale who was murdered in her home, has pleaded guilty to drug trafficking charges. Harrison admitted to conspiracy to supply heroin and crack cocaine, and possession of cocaine with intent to supply. His co-defendant, Terence Rice, also pleaded guilty to the same charges. Both men will be sentenced in February next year.
Ashley Dale ’s boyfriend Lee Harrison , the target of the shooting which saw her murdered in her own home, has pleaded guilty to a series of drug trafficking offences. The 27-year-old, of Liverpool Road in Huyton , appeared before Liverpool Crown Court this afternoon, Monday, charged with conspiracy to supply heroin and crack cocaine and possession of cocaine with intent to supply.
Harrison added that the man who was ultimately found to have ordered the hit had previously visited his and Ms Dale's home 'as a friend' and said he 'could offer no reason for the shooting of his partner', while he also denied having stored drugs or cash in his house. When detectives then visited him again in November, it was 'discovered that he was in Dubai'.
