This is just the start of our work in this sector and all fashion companies should take note: look at your own practices and make sure they are in line with the law.
It found 96 per cent of major online retailers do not offer the option of carbon neutral delivery, 98 per cent fail to provide the option of reduced or non-branded packaging at the checkout and four out of five retailers fail to provide any sustainability information in their communication with customers
