The Swedish international has only appeared 11 times in the Premier League for the Villains since signing in 2021. However, the former Everton man is said to be valued highly by Villa in a season where they are competing in the Premier League, Champions League and domestic cups. Olsen began his career in Sweden and played for Copenhagen between 2016 and 2018 before leaving for Italian giants Roma.With only six-months remaining on his Villa contract, selling Olsen now may be appealing for the Midlands side.Australian international, Joe Gauci, was signed in the summer and at 24-years-old is a great long-term option as a backup for Yashin Trophy winner Emiliano Martinez.
