The fallout from Scotland's defeat in Spain is top of the agenda as Fraser Wilson takes your calls.
One familiar topic dominated the Hotline in the hours after Scotland’s painful defeat in Spain - referees and VAR. But in a break for our own officials and video tech it was dodgy Dutch ref Serdar Gozubuyuk and his team in the dock after Scott McTominay’s Seville stunner was eventually ruled out for .. well was it a foul or offside? Or was it just wrong?
Derek Williamson, Johnstone, added: “If McTominay's goal was offside, why was the ref sent to the monitor? Refs are never sent to review offsides, the lines are drawn and Hendry is either offside or not.” Scott Gowers, Edinburgh, said: "It was obvious early in the game that Scotland would never be allowed to win when Carvajal escaped a booking and no foul given for a blatant take out.
John Allardyce, Edinburgh, said: “Big mistake if Rangers give Clement the job. He's another Beale and won't last a season. He was sacked from his last club, what does that tell you? This will be another season when we win nothing.” Liam McCormack, East Kilbride, said: “The Rangers managerial job is feared as they know their career will be over come summer 2024 when Celtic win three in a row. As for the ticket allocation, Celtic are doing the correct thing rejecting Rangers’ request.
