AstraZeneca to start making profit from Covid vaccine it developed with Oxford University
AZ had promised to supply the jab on a not-for-profit basis 'during the pandemic'. But it will 'progressively' shift to 'modest profitability' as new orders are received. Covid jab generated some $1.05bn in sales for the group in the third quarter.
