Asus has unveiled the feature-rich ROG Raikiri Xbox controller, which includes an OLED display...
might be worth looking at — although, we're yet to find out the price of these feature-rich peripherals. The standard Raikiri alone is compatible with both Windows PCs and Xbox consoles via USB-C, with a 3.5mm audio jack, a mic-mute button, two rear remappable buttons, and step triggers.
With the ROG Raikiri Pro, you'll get the same features, except that it'll also be able to be played wireless on PC via 2.4GHz Bluetooth and offers four rear remappable buttons over the standard version's two. The real treat of the Pro, though, is its built-in OLED display along the top of the controller's face.
To get the most out of either of the Raikiri controllers, though, you'll need a PC to connect the controller to via the USC-C cable. This will allow you to access Asus ROG's propriety 'Armoury Crate' program to customise the controller even further, such as trigger dead zones, joystick response curves, vibration strength, button mapping, profile customisations, and more.
We're certainly interested in this new piece of hardware, but we would love to know what you think of it. Drop a comment below and let us know!
