Australian shares are poised to rise, and extend last week’s 1.7 per cent rally to a nine-week-high. Wall Street surged higher to end its week as the tech sector advanced on signs that profit margins are being prioritised.The local currency was 0.8 per cent higher; the Bloomberg dollar spot index edged lower.
