"It wasn't really bothering me and I was able to get away with it. I was still performing better than everyone else ... but now I'm 35 and I realize you have to optimize yourself." Now 35, Israel Adesanya acknowledged that he didn't optimize managing his health in the past."My body can't handle the lifestyle I had at 26," he said. Like Adesanya, as long as Tate was winning, everything was OK, even when it wasn't.
