said at about 6:15 p.m. Thursday, dispatchers received a call about a suspicious incident that happened in a parking lot on the northwest corner of the intersection of Tower Road and East 28th Avenue.
The caller reported seeing a woman being pulled out of the back seat of a black Volkswagen Tiguan by the man driving it. The driver then threw the victim to the ground before forcing her back into the back seat of the car, police said.A third person in a white Ford SUV was also involved, according to police. The woman driving that vehicle helped pull the woman from the Tiguan, police said.The victim is described as a Black woman who is about 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighing 150 pounds.
