Under-the-radar electronic parts manufacturer Circuitwise is chasing some private equity magic to help fund growth and manage succession.
Circuitwise was founded Sydneysiders Roz and Greg Ross in 1987, and continues to run as an advanced manufacturing business based out of Bella Vista, in Sydney’s north west.
The group makes most of its sales to equipment makers who cannot afford to have their products fail - medical devices makers, aerospace and defence, telecommunications and the power and infrastructure sectors. It sounds to Street Talk like the sort of succession/growth capital story likely to attract mid-market private equity firms.P kicked off a process last week, when it sent a flyer to potential investors outlining the business and what it was looking for in a new backer.
