In the mind of the President Donald Trump, there are only “winners” and “losers”. And the world is divided into countries that have a trade deficit with the US, and those that don’t. The good news for Australia – with our trade deficit with the US – is that Trump’s climate rollbacks give us an opportunity to be a winner.
