Sky News host Caleb Bond says if Australia is not going to use its coal supply, then we should be “selling it overseas” instead of “hoarding” it.
This comes as the Japanese government fears the NSW coal reservation scheme could cut the volume of export coal in the market.
“I can understand why Japan would be concerned about us hoarding coal that we’re in all likelihood not going to use,” told Sky News host James Morrow.
