Avatar: The Last Airbender In Concert will take the screen and stage at the Palace Theatre in downtown Columbus this October, CAPA announced. Scenes from the iconic cartoon series will be accompanied by a live orchestra performing the soundtrack as fans follow a collection of moments on Aang's journey.
This tour kicks off in September and will come to many cities in the U.S. throughout 2024 before going international to Europe and Australia in 2025. Emmy Award-winning composer and musician Jeremy Zuckerman who composed the original music for the series has teamed up with the show's co-creators to expand the show's soundtrack for the concert series.
"It’s been incredibly satisfying and moving to see the audiences’ emotional response to these concerts, and to be a part of that atmosphere is a uniquely beautiful experience,” Zuckerman said in a media release. “I’m overjoyed that many more people - Avatar fans both new and old - will get to experience the show during this wider tour."
