Avon Brewing Co. is planning to move into the Cornerstone Brewing Co. location in Madison.
MADISON, Ohio – Avon Brewing Co. is expanding eastward and is slated to open Madison Brewing Co. in the former Cornerstone Brewing Co. location.
Hauck and his team have been on a steady growth plan since opening the original location on Detroit Road in 2016. But it’s not as if they threw a bull’s-eye blindly at a map to expand. Hauck said he considers those attributes “as positives in our mind for what we think will be a good fit for us.” Madison Brewing will maintain a 1.5-barrel system for test batches – a flexible approach so Hauck and his team can “see what Madison likes to drink.”
