Edward Glazer, however, did attend United’s 2-2 draw with at Old Trafford on April 7. United have confirmed a number of changes to their football hierarchy since Ratcliffe’s minority investment was confirmed, with Wilcox beginning work as technical director “with immediate effect” after he left his role as ’s director of football. Wilcox will report to the sporting director, who will have overall responsibility for football performance, recruitment and operations.
