Axel Rudakubana was physically restrained by his classmates during his time in a Formby high school. Axel Rudakubana pleaded guilty to the murders of Bebe King, six, Elsie Dot Stancombe, seven, and Alice da Silva Aguiar, nine, on what was expected to have been the first day of his trial in Liverpool Crown Court earlier this week. He also pleaded guilty to the attempted murder of eight children, who cannot be named for legal reasons, and the attempted murder of Leanne Lucas and John Hayes.
He has also pleaded guilty to production of a biological toxin, namely ricin, and possession of information of a kind likely to be useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism, namely a PDF file entitled 'Military Studies in the Jihad Against the Tyrants: The Al-Qaeda Training Manual'. On Monday the judge, Justice Goose, said: “Axel Rudakubana you can hear me I know. You have now pleaded guilty to this indictment to each of the charges upon it.
