Lithuanian driver Rokas Baciuska has been awarded the victory on the second stage of the Dakar Rally after being given 12 minutes back due to a refuelling issue. The decision by the FIA stewards saw Baciuska promoted from sixth to first, ahead of Yazeed Al-Rajhi, who had originally won the stage but faced a two-minute penalty for a speed violation. The stage was part of the marathon 48-hour Chrono, which saw numerous other drivers encounter problems.
