Back to the Future FanFest returns to Blackpool this weekend - and yes, you can sit in the DeLorean

vehicles, 22 sets and screen used props the films, cast members, which star Michael J Fox and Christopher Lloyd as the famous time-travelling duo Marty and Doc in the latter's DeLorean time machine. There will also be a life-sized Time Travel Train from Back to the Future III, which is the only replica of its kind in the world. Film fans of all ages will be able to sit in the cab area of the steam train while also having their picture taken in the iconic flying DMC DeLorean.Other sets due to transform thecomplex into Hollywood for the day, will be the classic hoverboard chase scene, the stand in Mr Strickland’s porch and 22 more.
Aidan Culter from Back To The Future The Musical will also appear as a special guest, meeting fans and answering questions. Attendees are encouraged to dress up up for the event, with the best cosplay winning, along with the winners of the quiz, earning prizes.Proceeds will go to the Michael J Fox Foundation, a cause dedicated to finding a cure for Parkinson's disease.
