Directed once again by Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah, the fourth film in the action franchise finds the Miami Police Department Captain Conrad Howard posthumously accused of working with drug cartels, and when detectives Mike Lowrey and Marcus Burnett attempt to clear his name, they become fugitives and must work from outside the law to solve the case.
