Renowned pastry chef Cherish Finden, known for her role on Channel 4's Bake Off: The Professionals, will be showcasing her culinary skills at the Southport Flower Show's Cookery Theatre.
The Southport Flower Show has announced an exciting addition to this year's event: renowned pastry chef Cherish Finden. Finden, best known for her role as a judge on Channel 4's Bake Off : The Professionals, will be showcasing her culinary expertise with a live demonstration at the show's Cookery Theatre on Saturday, August 16th.
Finden's impressive career spans over two decades, during which she has garnered numerous accolades, including the prestigious 'top London afternoon tea award' at the 2010 Tea Guild Awards and 'pastry chef of the year' at the 2012 Craft Guild of Chefs Awards. She also led the Singapore pastry team to victory at the 2000 IKA Culinary Olympics. Most recently, Finden served as the Executive Pastry Chef at the Pan Pacific Hotel in London, where she opened her first patisserie, SHIOK!. Finden joins a stellar lineup of culinary talent at the Southport Flower Show, including TV chefs Phil Vickery and Rosemary Shrager, Beechgrove Garden presenters Carole Baxter and George Anderson, and TV presenter David Domoney.
