A BANDSTAND has been destroyed after it was set on fire early this morning.
Police were called to Overtoun Park in Rutherglen at around 12.40am today following a report of a fire at the park's bandstand.Charity Grow 73 posted a picture of the burnt remains of the structure on Facebook and said they will start crowdfunding to restore it."Unfortunately the bandstand was set on fire last night and here is what is left of it today."Some of you have been in touch asking if we would start a crowdfunding to restore it to its beauty.
