Banning tanning beds 'would save lives and billions in medical costs' by preventing up to 10MILLION cases of skin cancer in young people alive today
The research came from Australia, where indoor tanning beds are banned. Experts say stopping young people using the machines would cut cancer rates. More than 160,000 skin cancer cases are diagnosed every year in the UK.
