The 25-year-old is said to be frustrated having lost his place in the starting XI this season and Newcastle are thought to be readying a £30m offer.
Date published: Monday 13th March 2023 3:32 -John Barnes doesn’t believe Arsenal full-back Kieran Tierney should move to Newcastle, despite Eddie Howe’s side being “a good fit for anyone”.
The 25-year-old moved to Arsenal from Celtic in 2019 but has made just 114 appearances in all competitions in that time, with his career blighted by injury. “I think Newcastle could be a good fit for anyone,” Barnes told indiabetting.co.in. “They’re a progressive team, they’re playing really well and they’re looking to go forward now.“Kieran Tierney is a good player who would definitely be a good fit for Newcastle but he’s also a good fit for Arsenal.
