The NCP Car Park which overlooks Manchester Pride has been closed off as efforts are made to ensure attendee's safety
Police have put barriers in place to prevent people from viewing the live performances at Manchester Pride .
The move came as the main stage reached full capacity early in the evening. The four-day event, which is regarded as one of the UK’s largest LGBTQ+ festivals, is continuing today with performances from the likes of Danny Beard, Claire Richards from Steps and the Sugababes.
