Sen. Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa on Friday said he will not submit himself to the International Criminal Court or even the International Police in connection with the investigation of the Duterte administration’s drug war, during which he served as police chief.
However, if the ICC wants to interview him, the senator said they should write him a formal communication.
