Bayern Munich manager Thomas Tuchel reportedly rung Manchester United midfielder Scott McTominay on deadline day to try and secure a move but the deal fell through.
His attempts to sign the Scottish international went as far as him reportedly ringing McTominay to persuade him to join. It is also suggested a swap deal between Bayern and United was touted with Ryan Gravenberch moving to Old Trafford. Speaking to Trivela while on international duty, the 22-year-old has opened up on reports linking him to not only United but Barcelona too. "It’s cool," he responded.
