There'll be 'plenty of warm sunshine' this week
Weather experts at BBC and the Met Office has given their predictions as the mercury is set to rise as high as 22C in Liverpool this week.
After mixed weather across the bank holiday weekend, things should now feel warmer, with some sunny intervals forecast for later today . We can expects highs of 19C in the city and other parts of Merseyside. BBC experts then predict highs of 22C and sunny intervals on Friday and Saturday. The Met Office forecast paints a slightly different picture, with maximum temperatures of 21C on these days, "cloudy" conditions on Friday, and some sunny spells on Saturday.The Met Office outlook for Thursday-Sunday reads: "High pressure dominates for the rest of the week, bringing settled conditions and lots of dry weather. Plenty of warm sunshine and light winds.
